Editorial: Planned Parenthood goes to court

Planned Parenthood is suing the Center for Medical Progress because it secretly took video of high-ranking officials recording their callous view of the life of unborn children.

The center released a set of horrifying videos that confirm that Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of unborn babies it aborts.

It was a vivid picture of the depth of the disregard for life by those in the abortion industry.

The suit claims that the center maliciously lied about Planned Parenthood. The trouble with that allegation is that the videos don’t lie.

It is against federal law to sell the organs of aborted  babies for profit but that is what these videos show Planned Parenthood officials describing. Planned Parenthood claims only a few of its clinics do this and they only get enough reimbursement to pay for their efforts. That is completely opposite of what is revealed on the videos.

The suit claims the videos were illegally taped without their consent.

They got caught with their pants down and now they are trying to attack those who exposed their activities.

David Daleiden, a founder of the Center for Medical Progress, is looking forward to confronting Planned Parenthood officials in court.

“My response is: Game on,” he said. “I look forward to deposing all the CEOs, medical directors, and their co-conspirators who participated in Planned Parenthood’s illegal baby body parts racket.”

Planned Parenthood is the leading abortion supplier in the nation. The horror revealed in these videos is causing the public to demand an end to public support of Planned Parenthood.

Maybe this suit will shed more light on this horrible practice.
