NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times, the Washington Post and other ultra-liberal media outlets don’t decide elections in America.

The voters do.

It doesn’t matter who Fox News projects in Arizona or comments by former President George W. Bush. It must be based on the number of legal votes cast.

On December 12, 2000, the Supreme Court ordered an end to the Florida recount and George W. Bush became president over Al Gore.

Actually, in the case of the presidential race, the winner is determined by the Electoral College. The United States of America is a republic, not a democracy.

The progressive media, which has hounded President Trump relentlessly for four years and shielded Joe Biden from scrutiny, has lied about the results of the November 3 election in a deliberate and unprofessional effort to undermine the vote for Trump.

“Any news agency which calls the Pennsylvania state election for Biden is deliberately attempting to force a result in the Supreme Court that is not warranted by the facts that are on the ground. Justice Samuel Alito has ordered that Pennsylvania counties segregate their late arriving ballots versus the ballots on Election Day,” said Rick Manning, president of Americans for Limited Government.  “This was done because the Supreme Court never determined prior to the election whether those late ballots were legally cast. It is clear that this prejudgment of the election result is little more than attempt to intimidate the Supreme Court.

“Justice Alito’s actions show that the Supreme Court is likely to revisit this case, which could have potentially a significant impact on the outcome of not just the presidential race but also on congressional and state house and senate, heightening the need for immediate judicial review. This obscene attempt to force an outcome in a court case needs to be met firmly by the nine justices who America trusts as the ultimate arbiter of the law.

“Given prior media concerns of premature declarations of victory, until every legally cast vote is counted and the race is certified, President Trump should take the advice that Hillary Clinton gave to Joe Biden: Don’t concede.

“Given that the Supreme Court is likely to be asked to determine a number of election security and potential voter fraud issues, this is no time to throw in the towel. Election integrity goes well beyond this presidential race. It goes to the very heart of one person one vote, and ensuring the peaceful transfer of power under the Constitution, and the fundamental principle that the government is legitimized by the consent of the governed is at stake.

“The Supreme Court must not be intimidated and it is imperative they let these legal challenges be heard and stand strong so the American people have confidence in the final result. It is extraordinarily frustrating that after weeks of saying that every legal vote should count that the establishment media is setting up a dynamic where violence in the streets will occur if and when the legal votes are actually counted and it turns out President Trump is the winner.”

If every legally cast ballot is accurately counted and every illegal ballot cast aside and Trump loses, so be it.

But Americans should not tolerate the stealing of a presidential election by the Democrats. And the truth should not be hostage to the threat of rioting in the streets should Trump prevail.
