Governor Mary Fallin has appointed Guy L. Berry to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
Berry, of Sapulpa, succeeds Albert “Kell” Kelly, who resigned. Berry will serve on the board pending Senate confirmation next legislative session.
Berry has worked the past 36 years at American Heritage Bank in Sapulpa, as president and vice chairman of the board. Before that, he was president and owner of a bank auditing company in Tulsa. He previously worked as a national bank examiner for the U.S. Treasury Department. Berry previously served on the Oklahoma Transportation Commission and on the board of directors of the Oklahoma Bankers Association.
