Here is an interesting observation. Maybe someone from Downtown Tulsa can explain this.
With various government factions in our country that have fallen in line with the separation of church and state misunderstood hoopla, why does the City of Tulsa government observe Good Friday as a paid holiday for employees?
It honors the death (and resurrection) of Jesus Christ. If the ACLU filed a lawsuit about this, that paid holiday would be stopped.
So, in the meantime, why do the city offices downtown just close for Good Friday?
