Some prominent Democrats, still stinging from Hillary Clinton’s loss to President Donald Trump in 2016, are already planning to contest the 2020 presidential outcome.

Unless, of course, if Democrat Joe Biden wins.

Clinton got more of the popular vote in 2020 but our system relies on the Electoral College, which Trump won decisively.

The Atlantic, a progressive publication that is a tool of Democrat National Committee, recently reported that Democrats won’t concede the election if Biden wins the popular vote but loses the electoral vote.

Clinton has already said publicly that Biden “should not concede under any conditions” regardless of the outcome of the vote. Other Democrats are warning that if Trump wins, the riots and looting taking place in major Democrat-controlled cities will escalate. Biden himself has hinted that the riots won’t stop unless he is elected.

The electoral vote is based on which candidate wins in each state and how many votes that state can cast.

If the election were decided only by a popular vote, candidates would never campaign in states like Oklahoma, South Dakota, Montana or most of the states in middle America.

In 2000, Al Gore lost to George W. Bush and for the sake of the nation, Gore conceded his defeat. Hillary Clinton really had no choice but to concede in 2016 when she saw the overwhelming lead for Trump in the Electoral College.

These progressives are toying with borderline treason when they say they will encourage rioting if Trump wins again. This attitude is just another reason to reject Biden and re-elect President Trump.
