Forum on workers’ compensation

Workers’ compensation professionals in Oklahoma will have the opportunity to learn information about the industry at two free events.

The Oklahoma Insurance Department and the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) will host the 2016 State Advisory Forums on October 25 in Oklahoma City and on October 26 in Tulsa.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for Oklahomans in workers’ compensation to learn new information and insight,” Insurance Commissioner John D. Doak said. “The information they learn at these forums will allow them to better serve Oklahoma.”

The events are designed to provide a greater understanding of both national and state workers’ compensation issues. There is no charge to attend but reservations are required.

To register, call NCCI’s Customer Service Center at 800-NCCI-123 or click here to register online. Three hours of Continuing Education credit is available for licensed insurance agents and adjusters.
