Editorial: Liberals keep stirring up hatred

The Southern Poverty Law Center continues to stir up hatred in America with the full cooperation of the liberal news media.

According to Breitbart news, NBC News New York has continually tried to blame President-elect Donald Trump and former Breitbart News CEO Stephen Bannon for a host of “hate crimes” across the nation.

The Southern Poverty Law Center claimed it had received 437 reports of “hateful intimidation or harassment” between Nov. 9 and Nov. 14. Mostly, these incidents were graffiti or comments to minorities by people who support Trump.

But even ultra-liberal NBC News admits that these reports “are not completely confirmed.”

Trump went on CBS News’ 60 Minutes and denounced such incidents but the media was slow to report his comments.

Trump has named Bannon as his White House chief strategist and senior counselor.

NBC News has called Bannon an “anti-Semite” and “white nationalist” but they have no evidence that the name calling is true. They claim that Breitbart pushes a “nationalist, anti-establishment agenda” and is “a leading outlet of the so-called alt-right” – a movement sometimes associated with opposition to multiculturalism and with the preservation of “white identity.” They have tried to tie Trump to anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant statements.

The liberal media tries to convince Americans that Muslims are under constant attack in the United States. But in 2015, American Jews were attacked almost 700 times while Muslim incidents were at 301. Also in 2015, Americans of Middle Eastern descent reported fewer “hate crimes” than any other minorities.

The hate is on the left. They hate Trump for what he stands for and with the help of the media, they will not miss an opportunity to foster chaos and criticism.
