‘Retirement’ for Lindsey Graham
Some Tulsa conservatives are hosting a “retirement party” for U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina, on Dec. 3.
South Carolina State Senator Lee Bright, who is running against Graham, will be in Tulsa to help “send Senator Lindsey Graham home for good.”
Tulsa organizers said Bright, on issues ranging from pro-business to pro-life, “has proven himself as a competent, engaged and energetic leader with the skills and temperament necessary to shepherd controversial legislation through the fractious Senate.”
The luncheon starts at 11:30 a.m. at the Tulsa Event Center, 2625 S. Memorial Drive.
Former Oklahoma State Senator Randy Brogdon will emcee the event with support from the Tulsa 9.12 Project President Ronda Vuillemont-Smith, Tulsa County Republican Men’s Club President Darren Gantz and Republican Party of Tulsa County State Committeeman T.C. Ryan.
There is a minimum donation of $25 to attend, which includes lunch. Tables are $200 (they seat up to 8 people). Make checks payable to: Lee Bright for U.S. Senate.
Mail a RSVP Check to: PO Box 35 Jenks, OK 74037 by Nov. 30. Event sponsorships also available.
