Rhema fireworks will be on June 28

Rhema Bible Church in Broken Arrow will present Rockets Over Rhema on June 28.

The schedule includes a patriotic musical, Christian bands and a fireworks display. Admission is free.

Last year, more than 60,000 people attended.

At 5 p.m., the musical Liberty High will be presented in the Rhema auditorium. The original production follows a new student around a high school where the “teachers” include Benjamin Franklin, Martin Luther King Jr., and Davy Crockett.

The event will have barbecue, hot dogs, funnel cakes, popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones.

The outdoor concert will begin around 6:30 p.m. with Christian artists Lacey, Jillian Edwards, The Neverclaim, and Synergy Band. Around 10 p.m., the fireworks begin.
