An estimated 16,000 students are enrolled in courses from Accounting to Veterinary Technology for this semester at Tulsa Community College.

TCC has four main campuses – Metro, Northeast, Southeast, and West as well as the Riverside Community Campus and Aviation Center at the Richard Lloyd Jones Jr. Airport and the Owasso Community Campus.

New this year, TCC implemented wait lists for popular classes allowing students to be in line for spots that opened up before the start of the semester. More than 1,700 students were on wait lists for specific classes and more than 1,300 students moved from the wait list into the class they wanted.

TCC expects to see the largest group of Tulsa Achieves students in the history of the initiative at roughly 3,400, including more than 1,900 incoming first year Tulsa Achieves students direct from high school and an estimated 1,500 returning second and third year Tulsa Achieves students.

The class with the most sections this fall is English Comp II followed by Public Speaking, English Comp I, and U.S. History – Civil War Era to the Present. These are general education courses that transfer to a four-year university.
