As of Monday, March 23, there were 81 positive cases of coronavirus in Oklahoma and another person – a man in his 50s in Pawnee County, has died. The previous death was a Tulsa man.

Fifteen people have been hospitalized. Results are beginning to come in from the public-private partnership with Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO), who took on an additional 300 tests for the state.

There are 11 confirmed cases in Tulsa County with one death. There were two confirmed cases in Washington County, three cases in Payne County and one in Muskogee County. Oklahoma County has the most cases (29) and Cleveland County has 16. There is a high incidence of cases (36 of 81 statewide) in the 18-49 age group in Oklahoma.
