Cox Media Group of Atlanta, Georgia, has agreed to sell 12 television stations – including KOKI/KMYT of Tulsa – to the general entertainment cable network INSP.
When the deal is closed, will have sold these stations to INSP:
- Alexandria, Louisiana – KLAX
- Binghamton, New York – WICZ
- Eureka, California – KIEM/KVIQ-LD
- Greenwood, Mississippi – WABG/WNBD/WXVT
- Idaho Falls, Idaho – KPVI
- Medford, Oregon – KMVU/KFBI-LD
- Memphis, Tennessee – WHBQ
- Spokane, Washington – KAYU
- Syracuse, New York – WSYT
- Tulsa – KOKI/KMYT
- Yakima, Washington – KCYU-LD/KFFX
- Yuma, Arizona – KYMA

The transactions are subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals. The parties expect to close the announced transactions in the second half of 2022.
