Congress needs to stop President Biden from wrecking America’s military with his outlandish “climate change” agenda. On “Earth Day” in April, Biden pledged to make every military vehicle “climate friendly.” He wants $773 of the Defense Department budget to make this happen as soon as possible. It’s part of his $5.8 trillion 2023 budget proposal.

This is part of his support for the disastrous “Green New Deal” that is supported by the Democrats and Progressive Republicans.

Do we really want electric tanks? How long can an electric submarine stay at sea? Can military jets be flown with solar energy? Do we want wind-powered naval destroyers?

And do we expect China and Russia to power down their military equipment while Biden tries to weaken our ability to fight a war?

Biden calls his overspending the “largest investment in our national security in history.” He promised that  the U.S. military “remains the best-prepared, best-trained, best-equipped military in the world.” This is the same Joe Biden who said would didn’t oppose fracking.

If Biden gets his way, he could set in motion a dismantling of America’s military that could be damaging for generations. The purpose of the military is to kill people and break things. Obama interjected political correctness and was successful in forcing many career servicemen to retire prematurely.

Biden said, ”One of the things I found out as President of the United States, I get to spend a lot of that money “We’re going to start the process where every vehicle in the United States military, every vehicle, is going to be climate-friendly — every vehicle — I mean it.”

If Congress lets him succeed, America will be weaker and more vulnerable for attack from our enemies.
