Under the Biden Administration, it appears that those in charge of justice do not support applying equally the Rule Of Law. Examples: Virginia Gov.

Youngkin (R) asked the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors to provide police security around the homes of three SCOTUS judges. The Democrat-dominated board failed to act.

Finally AG Garland directed the US Marshal’s office to provide security.  During the demonstrations outside Conservative justices homes, AG Garland (D) declined to enforce a 1950 Federal Law to protect SCOTUS judges.

The Law states, “Whoever interferes, obstructs, impedes with the intent of influencing any judge, juror or witness including picketing near a residence occupied by a judge, shall be fined or imprisoned.  The picketing continues.

Recently several Antifa members arrested for property destruction during the 2020 riots were released by the Garland-controlled Justice Department. While several Trump supporters who participated in the infamous Jan 6  demonstration have been held in jail for upwards of 6 months.

A clear violation of Amendment VI.  “The accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by jury.”

It seems clear to this taxpayer, the Justice Department nominated by a  Democrat   Administration  means to enforce “Party” control versus at the ballot box.
