The Bedlam game on January 18 played in Gallagher-Iba arena was a game of two halves. In the first half the Sooners dominated ending the half with a score of 30-24.  The second half saw the Cowboys score 48 points to the Sooners 26.

The win gave the Cowboys a 104-141 record against Oklahoma in a series that dates back to 1908.

The Cowboys left the game 10-8, 2-4 Big 12, while OU came out with 11-7, 2-4 record.  They will meet again on Wednesday in Norman at 8 p.m.

Oklahoma’s high scorers were Grant Sherfield with 15 points; Jacob Groves with 10 and milos Uzam and Jalen Hill taking 8 points each.

For the Cowboys Bryce Thompson scored 19 points; Kalib Boone snagged 15, Avery Anderson III with 14 points, and Woody Newton ended with 12 points.

This was the first game back for Moussa Cisse after missing the previous three games.

Avery Anderson with his 14 points went over 1,000 points in his career as a Cowboy.  He is the 45th player to do so at OSU.
