Tulsa Public Schools is inviting families to an Open House at their newly-renovated Parent Resource Center at 525 E. 46th St. N. on Thursday, August 28 from 1-4pm. This locations is not in a centralized location, but in the far northern portion of Tulsa Public Schools service area.
The Parent Resource Center (PRC) provides meaningful services, educational opportunities, and resources for families through engagement, community involvement, and support services from community partner agencies. In addition to newly remodeled spaces of the previous Alcott Elementary School building, the PRC is welcoming several new partner agencies to their building.
It is the hope of TPS that their families are able to join us for a tour of our building and connect with Partner Agencies providing access to important resources.
Tulsa Public Schools provides a Computer lab for parents and families You can contact 918-746-9671 to schedule an appointment.

Emergency Infant Services
Available at Parent Resource Center (525 E. 46th St. N.) on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10am-4pm.
Provides diapers, wipes, and formula to families with children ages 5 and under, and individuals who are pregnant.
Tulsa Responds
Available at Parent Resource Center (525 E. 46th St. N.) on Mondays between 10 am – 2 pm.
Provides parents with Medicaid/Soonercare assistance, Healthcare Marketplace enrollment, SNAP enrollment, free tax filing assistance, and free Financial Empowerment Counseling.
Free Income Tax Preparation services for families whose annual household income is $67,000 or less.

Tulsa Responds will be Tax Filing for free starting January 28 to April 17 from 10am-3pm we invite you to set up an appointment online at www.tulsaresponds.org Walk-ins are also welcome.

Tulsa Health Department Family Liaison, a partner of ConnectFirst®
Available at the Parent Resource Center (525 E. 46th St. N.) in room 20.
The Family Liaison provides support for families with children birth through age eight, connecting you with resources and services to support your family. The Family Liaison provides education around topics relevant to pregnancy and early childhood, information on community events and early childhood program enrollment, and connection to desired resources and services. All services are free to you and your family. The North Tulsa Family Liaison, Genean Stuttley, is available in-person, by calling 918-779-6971, or via email at [email protected].
ConnectFirst® is an initiative of BEST® – the Birth through Eight Strategy for Tulsa. ConnectFirst partners with Tulsa Health Department, the Parent Child Center of Tulsa, and other community organizations to provide navigation supports and facilitate referrals to resources.
