Tulsa had the weekend off, but on the previous Wednesday, the Golden Hurricane crushed Tulane, 90-56, at Devlin Fieldhouse in New Orleans. It was the program’s fourth-largest road win ever and the team matched the program record for 80-point games in a season with its 21st such game, matching the 1983-84 team. The Golden Hurricane have won 23 games for the first time since 2014-15 and won seven road games for the first time since that season as well.

David Green led the Golden Hurricane with 19 points, Ade Popoola had 16 points and Tylen Riley added 15 points plus eight assists.

Tulsa has just two games remaining in the regular season. They play at East Carolina Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. Central on ESPNU and host Temple on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Reynolds Center.
