Ten candidates have filed for the District 1 seat on the Tulsa Public School Board.

Board member Gary Perceful is not seeking re-election, so that is an open seat. The candidates who filed from December 3-5 were: Stacey Woolley, Kyle R. Wagner, DeAnna Cooper, Niki Grauberger, Nicholas Cains, Brenda Barre, Chris Freedom, Scott Carter, Nicole Nixon and Sarah-Anne Schumann.

After the filing, Cains and Schumann have dropped out.

The primary election is February 12 and the general election is April 2. In TPS District 2, the candidates  are Jania Wester and Gary Cooper.

In Sand Springs School District, Office 4, Rodney Bo Naugle was the only candidate to file.

In Broken Arrow, the candidates for Office 4 for BAPS are Chancey Bosch and Brandy Roulet.  Municipal voters in Owasso, Sand Springs and Skiatook will also cast primary ballots on February 12 and April 2.

The candidates for Owasso City Council, Ward 5, are Douglas Bonebrake and Sandra Gibbs.

In Sand Springs, Ward 1, Phil Nolan was the only candidate to file. In Ward 2, the candidates are Patty J. Dixon and Caleb Nelms.

Geoffrey R. McGoffin was the only candidate to file for Ward 6 for the Skiatook City Council.
