National Federation of Independent Business State Director Jerrod Shouse said the NFIB Oklahoma political action committee has endorsed candidates in 13 state Senate races and 33 House races.

The political action committee is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.

“Small business is what drives our economy,” Shouse said. “These candidates understand that and have a strong voting record on the issues such as tax relief and sensible regulations that can determine whether a small business can afford to grow or create jobs.”

NFIB has pledged it will activate its grassroots network on behalf of these campaigns. NFIB’s political support is based on the candidates’ positions and records on small-business issues.
