Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, a Louisiana-based company, just broke ground on its sixth Tulsa restaurant at 10707 E. 71st St.
When it opens in December, it will be the 21st Raising Cane’s in Oklahoma and 423rd system-wide. The new restaurant will begin hiring 75-80 crewmembers for multiple positions in the weeks ahead.
“We love Tulsa, so we couldn’t be more excited to break ground on our sixth Raising Cane’s in the city,” said Area Director Jared Dunn. “We have found the perfect location, right off the Mingo Valley Expressway in front of Target, so our next step will be to assemble the perfect crew.”
Raising Cane’s serves chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, brewed sweet tea and lemonade.
Founded by Todd Graves in 1996 and named for his yellow Labrador, Raising Cane, the rapidly growing company earned the distinction of being among the Top 3 quick service restaurant chains in the nation for 2017, according to the authoritative Sandelman & Associates Quick-Track study.
