Topless women roller skated in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on the River Park Trails, at 41st Street and Riverside Drive, on Sunday evening, September 29, 2019.

According to KOTV News, Jaq Landers, one of the events co-creators on Facebook, said they were supporting the national “Free the Nipple” movement.  Ms. Landers said the idea had attracted more than 1,800 people on Facebook, and 440 said they were going to participate.  However, only 40-50 topless men and women participated in Sunday’s event which began at 6:30 PM and continued on until sunset.

River Parks Security was on-site at the event, but made no attempt to intervene.  Ms. Landers said Tulsa Police were there at the start of the event, but to her knowledge, no one was arrested or cited.  A reporter (not from KOTV) called a Tulsa Police supervisor for comment, but the call was not returned as of 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

KOTV reports this all came about as a result of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals upholding a federal judge’s earlier ruling against a Fort Collins, Colorado city ordinance “prohibiting the public exposure of breasts by women and girls over 10 years old.”

That ordinance was challenged in federal court, and a federal judge ruled that the ordinance amounted to “unconstitutional discrimination” against women.

Fort Collins city officials decided to “eliminate the law” rather than continue the court fight to “uphold the law.”  That decision, in effect, makes it legal for women to go topless in the six states that fall under the jurisdiction of the Tenth Circuit Court: Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming.

A challenge to a local topless ban in New Hampshire is now pending before the U.S. Supreme Court, brought by three women who appeared topless at a lakeside beach.  The U.S. Supreme Court will announce later this year whether it will hear the case.

We pride ourselves on being a nation of laws.  But almost every day, we are seeing laws that protect law-abiding citizens being torn to shreds by well-financed, left-wing activist organizations, liberal/progressive federal judges, and even the Democrat leaders of investigative committees in the U.S. Congress.

In our quest for “the freedom to do whatever we want to do” we are blazing a trail of human misery and degradation that leads through the morass of anarchy . . . and ultimately into the fiery pits of Hell.

American citizens had better wake up, get right with God Almighty, and take a stand before it’s too late.
