Mayor G.T. Bynum and the “Ding-a-ling Brothers Circus” Downtown lost landing Tesla to the Longhorns of Austin. Texas is No. 1 again as they came out on top of this contest.
G.T. must mean “great twinkletoes.”
Who in their right mind would show Elon Musk a location on a hill overlooking the Tulsa Skyline? There are better skylines in bigger cities to see if that’s what was wanted.
There are tremendous amounts of open land in North Tulsa east of Highway 75 where there are already large plants and business operations that are very successful. There are numerous areas of good land in Northeast Tulsa along the Mingo Valley Expressway.
And there is prime, choice land in East Tulsa south of 41st Street, east of the Mingo Valley (US 169) and north of the Fort Smith Freeway. These three areas would have been better to show Elon Musk instead of what was presented to him. Plus, they are closer to the airport for easier and quicker in-and-out travel.
G.T. Bynum and the Ding-a-ling Circus need to actively pursue US Grade A Top Choice No. 1 Star Quality employers to our area.
And show them better locations than what they did for Elon Musk. This was a failed attempt by a failed mayor and his circus brother buddies.
