Some Tulsa County offices have moved to 218 W. 6th Street, across the street from the Tulsa County Courthouse/Administration, to the recently remodeled former Community Care headquarters.
Sometime in March, officials think all of the county departments not related to the courts will have been moved to the new building.
The Tulsa County Treasurer office is on the eight floor. The County Clerk’s office is on the seventh floor.
The County Assessor’s office is on the fifth floor. Due to the move, www.assessor.tulsacounty.org might no be available on February 11 between 3:30 and 7:30 p.m.
Tulsa County paid about $11 million for the building in 2017 and has spent about $23 million in renovation and restoration.
Visitor will enter on the north side of the new building on 6th Street and some parking is available.
In the old Courthouse/Administration Building, the county plans to spend $3.6 million to change office space in the courthouse so it can be used for other purposes, including moving the jury waiting area from the basement to the second floor. The Tulsa County Court Clerk’s offices will remain in the Courthouse.
