Celebrate and learn about Asian American cultures and customs with entertaining, educational events for the entire family as Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) presents its 19th annual Asian American Festival virtually from June 13-26.
Plus, pick up craft kits from a regional TCCL branch or the Central Library and participate in a Facebook book club featuring “Minor Feelings” by Cathy Park Hong throughout June.
From June 13-26, online programs and events for all ages will include:
- Arts and crafts demonstrations by Rainbow Turkish House
- Engaging raffles and giveaways via social media
- A cooking demonstration from Jackrabbit Tulsa
- Traditional dance performances from the Korean Angels of Tulsa
The festival will conclude with the annual Japanese tea ceremony led by Yumie Farringer.
