Tulsa County registered voters can request an Absentee Ballot including military or overseas voters by or on June 3 for the June 18, 2024 primary election.

You can complete an absentee ballot application and return the application to the Tulsa County Election Board in one of the following ways:

  • Submit an application online through the OK Voter Portal at the Tulsa County Election Board website,
  • Download an Absentee Ballot Request Form from the Tulsa County Election Board website to be completed, signed, and returned by mail fax, email (as an attachment), or in-person to the Tulsa County Election Board, or
  • Voters can also contact the Tulsa County Election Board to mail or email an application to them.

To return the absentee ballot by mail Absentee Ballots must be received by the Tulsa County Election Board by 7 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. The ballots can also be hand-delivered and must be received by 5 p.m. on the day before the Election at the Tulsa County Election Board Office to be counted. Voters can ONLY HAND DELIVER THEIR OWN BALLOT AND MUST SHOW AN ID WHEN DELIVERING THEIR BALLOT.

With the passage of Senate Bill 376, as of November 1, 2023, Physically Incapacitated Absentee Ballots (Pink Affidavit Envelope) can be hand delivered.
