It goes without saying that any home, business, church or airport needs clearly marked borders. For safety and a multitude of reasons, you cannot have people wandering onto your property.

For my part, I have been in 11 different nations for business, the military and vacations. That includes a year and a half in the U.S. Army of Occupation in post-war Germany. I went through the Russian checkpoints several times.

I guess that Speaker Nancy Pelosi  and her followers do not want to do anything if President Trump wants them to do so. Trump was elected by voters of about 435 districts. This is a government of the people. Pelosi was elected by voters in one district – not by all the voters of the United States.

It is interesting that Pelosi gets the support of Democrats in the House of Representatives. Perhaps she thinks she is “queen.” I was a registered Democrat when I was younger. I don’t know what that party has become. For the U.S. Government, having a clearly marked border should cost less than the confused situation we now have at our southern border.
