Pope Francis says, “Don’t build the wall – build a bridge.” Nancy Pelosi says, “Building a wall is immoral.” And yet both of these individuals live on property that is fully secured and protected from intrusion. Intrusion is defined as: “the act of wrongfully entering upon, seizing, or taking possession of the property of another.”
God’s plan for mankind in the very beginning included boundaries (borders) for the different families (see Genesis 10). And God established “property rights” for those individuals (see Exodus 20:17 and Deuteronomy 19:14). God also said that anyone who violated those property rights would be “cursed” (see Deuteronomy 27:17).
Even Jesus did not enter another person’s property without permission: “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20).
And now, it has just come to my attention, that the holy city, the new Jerusalem, that comes down from God out of Heaven at the end of time . . . that holy city is surrounded by “a wall great and high” (Revelation 21:12). Revelation 21:17 (NCV) tells us that wall is 216 feet high . . . which is much, much higher than the wall being proposed for our Southern Border.
It should be clearly evident to any reasonable person: God sees the need for protective walls, even though Pope Francis and Nancy Pelosi do not.
Therefore, we should follow God’s lead and quickly build “a wall great and high” on our Southern Border. We need this wall to stop the illegal flow of drugs and people across our borders – and – to protect the lives and property of U.S. citizens – and – to preserve the sovereignty of this great nation.
Tell your Senators and Congressional Representative today: “Build the wall.”
