According to the U.S. Constitution, the Senate ratifies treaties with foreign governments.
President Joe Biden doesn’t believe in the constraints of the Constitution, even though he swore to uphold it when he took office. Barack Obama holds the same view.
Using the false premise of man-made global warming, Biden – without the consent of the U.S. Senate – is officially re-entering the United States into the Paris Climate Agreement.
“President Biden’s decision to unilaterally rejoin the Paris Climate Agreement on behalf of the United States is a disservice to the American people and step backward for our long-term energy security,” said U.S. Rep. Tom Cole, R-Oklahoma. “ Choosing to re-enter an agreement without renegotiating its terms or even attempting to involve Congress will lock in inequitable mandates that favor China ahead of our own country.
“The result will weaken our economy, eliminate vital American jobs and undercut American energy independence, putting our energy supply at the mercy of foreign countries and adversaries that do not have our best interests at heart.”
This is all a part of the plan by Biden and the Democrats to undermine America’s energy independence, redistribute America’s wealth to other nations and inch toward a one-world government.
This is not a conspiracy theory. This is unfolding right in front of us.
Communist China and India, the biggest polluters on the planet, have virtually no constraints on their energy industry. Conversely, the United States, which lowered its carbon emissions under former President Donald Trump, is working toward a cleaner environment apart from international interference.
Biden and progressive Democrats don’t want “to make America great.” They want America to apologize for our success (and our freedom).
Maybe the courts can stop these constitutional violations. In any case, Republicans need to rebuild majorities in the House and Senate in the 2022 elections or America may never recover.
