The Biden Administration has finally recognized that Americans are sick and tired of rising gasoline prices.
What is Joe Biden’s solution?
Beg OPEC to produce more oil and export it to America.
What?
Under former President Trump, the energy industry was unleashed and America became self-sufficient in energy for the first time in decades. Gasoline prices dropped, transportation costs dipped and the price of almost everything was lower.
From day one of his administration, Biden has sought to destroy the oil and natural gas energy sector of the American economy. His buddy Barack Hussein Obama already did a pretty good number on coal. The result of canceling pipelines and ramping up exploration and production regulations has helped produce the meteoric rise in gas prices.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, sent a stern message to Biden when Biden summoned more production from OPEC (composed mainly of countries that hate the United States.)
“Our producers can easily produce that oil if your administration will just stay out of the way,” Abbot wrote in an open letter to Biden.
Abbott wants American workers – not OPEC workers in the Middle East – to produce the oil that would lower gas prices.
Energy independence is a key factor in America’s security. The country with the most energy usually wins the war.
Historically, OPEC dropped prices in continuing efforts to destroy domestic production in America. And that manipulation led to an up-and-down price to U.S. drivers.
Under Trump, energy producers were able to fully implement unique methods to produce more oil than ever and to tap into America’s almost unlimited source of natural gas.
Elections have consequences. Putting a socialist like Biden in the White House could wreck our energy business and boost galloping inflation.
