President Trump has done nothing to justify impeachment. He is guilty of no “high crimes or misdemeanors.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has succumbed to the Trump haters and opened an “impeachment inquiry.” Her purpose of launching an “inquiry” rather than an impeachment is twofold.

First, Pelosi is trying to protect Democrats in the House from voting on impeachment because it would be a political disaster for representatives in 2020. Many of them barely won in 2018 and bashing Trump would be enough to vote them out of office.

Secondly, an official impeachment would mandate a bipartisan investigation. Republicans could then call witnesses and engage in cross examination. Now, the six Democrat committee chairmen running this charade call only selected witnesses and don’t permit any defense of the president’s actions.

This is a gigantic waste of time designed to smear Trump’s reputation and damage his re-election hopes. It is a conspiracy between the Democrats and the national news media (who refuse to report on the scandalous actions of Joe Biden when he was vice president).

There may never be an impeachment vote because Pelosi knows Trump will never be voted out by the U.S. Senate. This smear campaign is designed to fuel negative coverage of Trump.

What Pelosi and her minions don’t understand is that the American people are sick of her do-nothing agenda. Instead of tackling America’s problems, the Democrats have stonewalled Trump at every turn. They would rather America suffer than Trump get credit for anything.

Here’s the solution. Vote out the Democrats. Vote for Trump in 2020.
