Oklahomans came out in droves to cast their ballots early and set a record for early voting in Oklahoma according to the State Election Board. The old record from 2020 was 167,000 voters and in 2024 the total was 293,000. Of the 293,000 voters 182,423 were Republicans, 74,117 were Democrats, 34,372 were Independents and 1,543 were Libertarians. In Tulsa County 25,954 voters came out for the early voting. The lines were long at the two polling locations in Tulsa County with wait times of 2-3 hours being common.
