Here’s what we know as facts in the wake of the Russian collusion special counsel report.
Did Donald Trump or anybody in his campaign conspire with the Russian government? No.
Did President Trump obstruct justice? No.
A president can fire a special counsel at any time but Trump didn’t do so. Trump didn’t exert executive privilege but even let his personal attorney testify for 30 hours.
Did the FBI spy on the Trump campaign? Yes.
Did the FBI give the court false information in order to obtain a warrant to spy on Trump? Yes.
Did the FBI leaders who engineered the special counsel know that there was no collusion before the inquiry started? Yes.
Several FBI leaders despised Trump and vowed to undermine his presidency.
Did Hillary Clinton’s campaign have contacts with the Russians? Yes.
Is erasing more than 30,000 emails on a private server a federal crime? Yes, but Clinton was cleared by fired FBI Director James Comey.
Can a special counsel “exonerate” a president? No.
Prosecutors have only one job – indict or don’t indict. Robert Mueller didn’t indict because there was no evidence of a crime.
Was the purpose of the Mueller Report to find the truth? No.
The purpose was to embarrass President Trump with details and to tie up his administration for multiple years under the cloud of impeachment.
Can Trump be impeached? Yes.
Impeachment is a political process that would start in the House, which is controlled by radical Democrats. They don’t have to have any criminal charges. The problem for the Democrats is that only the Senate can remove a sitting president and that would require a three-fourths vote by a Republican controlled Senate.
Was this an attempted coup? Yes.
The people who engineered this report should be tried for breaking federal laws. And the liberal news media should be shamed for their willingness to facilitate this coup while knowing it was unjust.
Will Trump be re-elected? Yes.
People saw through this Russian charade plus they are fed up with Nancy Pelosi’s do-nothing House.
