The Military History Center in Broken Arrow, OK is hosting its annual Flag Day Ceremony at the Center’s museum location in the Rose District of Broken Arrow.  The museum is located at 112 North Main Street in downtown Broken Arrow.  The ceremony will be held on Flag Day, Wednesday June 14 at 7 PM.  A ceremonial raising of the American Flag, Service Branch flags, Medal of Honor flag, Army and Air National Guard flags, and the 45th Infantry Division flag will be done by veterans representing each flag.  US Navy pilot, Senator Joe Newhouse, and newly elected State Republican Chairman, Senator Nathan Dahm, will be the guest speakers for this ceremony.  The ceremony is free and open to the public. The Military History Center, which represents all branches of the military service and has artifacts from all of America’s major wars, opens at 10 AM on Tuesday through Saturday and closes at 4 PM each day.  The museum will be open until the close of the Flag Day ceremony on June 14.  Entrance to the museum is free on the day of this ceremony.  For more information on this event and on the Military History Center call 918-794-2712 or visit www.okmhc.org.
