Regular voting on November 5 saw some precincts with long lines and waits of 2-3 hours while other precincts had much shorter lines and waits around 20 minutes.

The voters were casting their ballots in a variety of races: Presidential, U.S. congressional house, state senate and house races, Oklahoma Corporation Commission, retention of Oklahoma Supreme Court, Court of Criminal Appeals, Court of Civil Appeals, and the Tulsa County and City municipal races and two State Questions to amend the Oklahoma Constitution.

The Tulsa Beacon deadline of 7 p.m. Tuesday night prevented coverage of results which will be covered in next week’s issue.
