Liberals, particularly in higher education, can no longer endure anyone who holds a different view than theirs.

The latest example is a vote by the faculty council at The University of Kansas to call for the removal of a Chick-fil-A location on the campus.

The fast-food restaurant was recently relocated to a more prominent spot on campus, actually next to the first “gender-neutral bathroom.”

The council considers Chick-fil-A a “bastion of bigotry.”

Why all the hate?

In 2012, Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy, a devout Christian, was interviewed about the legalization of homosexual marriage. He said the move was an invitation for “God’s judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at him and say we know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage.”

Cathy, of course, was right.

But the snobbish faculty council at KU will not tolerate anyone who doesn’t fully support the Homosexual Agenda.

It doesn’t matter that Chick-fil-A has hired homosexual employees or that Chick-fil-A doesn’t withhold service to homosexual customers. No, according to the “enlightened” council, disagreeing with homosexuality is cause for expulsion from campus.  The council considers this comparable to the racial discrimination on campus decades ago.

Why would families turn their children over to these people for education?

These “political correctness” police seek to turn the hearts and minds of impressionable college students away from our Judeo-Christian values to a hedonistic, secularistic culture that will tolerate anything but Christian values.

College students love Chick-fil-A’s sandwiches. It’s one of the most popular restaurant chains in the country.KU should keep Chick-fil-A and instead dump the faculty council.
