On Monday, 35 Oklahoma State football players returned to the campus. Another group was expected on Thursday and the final group will be back on Monday, June 8.

All of the football players will be tested for the coronavirus.

In Payne County, as of May 28, there were only 45 cases of the coronavirus with one death. Forty-four patients have recovered.

OSU football players can begin voluntary workouts on June 15. That’s about the same time they would have started in a normal year.

Only 20 players will be able to use the workout facility at one time. Players will be given boxed food and they won’t be able to eat in groups.

Preseason football camp will start in early August. OSU is scheduled to host Oregon State on Thursday, September 3. That game could be in doubt because of regulations in the State of Oregon and possible restrictions from the Pac-12 Conference.
