It was an up and down week for Oklahoma.

On February 12, the Sooners (15-9, 6-6 in the Big 12) got revenge on Iowa State with a 90-61 blowout win in Norman.

But on Saturday, the Sooners were on the other side of a blowout, losing to No. 3 Kansas, 70-87.

OU has lost 19 straight games at Kansas.

“They’ve had really good defensive teams. It’s not like they haven’t been good,” said Oklahoma coach Lon Kruger. “But this team is really good. They’re really together. They react to each other well. They have lots of length at the rim. They’re a really good defensive team. Good in other areas too.”

ESPN.com has OU tagged as an at-large team in the NCAA Tournament. The magic number for the Sooners is nine wins in the conference. They hosted No. 1 Baylor Tuesday night and they travel to Stillwater for a 3 p.m. game Saturday against red-hot Oklahoma State.
