DALLAS – Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers announced that all hourly workers in Oklahoma will receive on average a $2.40/hour increase to their wages. This move will bring the starting hourly rates to $12/hour for all Cane’s Oklahoma employees, which will be an over $2 increase.
This move comes after the company announced plans for growth in 2022. These plans include opening 100 new Restaurants, in over ten New Markets, and five Flagship Restaurants. In preparation for that growth, Cane’s has set a goal of hiring 10,000 new workers over the next 50 days.
“Oklahoma is such an important market for Cane’s,” said Tommy Van Wolfe, Raising Cane’s Vice President of Restaurants. “As we continue to serve Oklahomans our amazing chicken fingers, we look forward to continuing to invest in our hardworking crew.”
This increase in Oklahoma wages will be over a $2.8 million investment for the company.
Cane’s has over 20 restaurants across Oklahoma. Cane’s has 40,000 employees system-wide. The goal of 10,000 new hires over 50 days has been dubbed “50 in 50” – getting the company to 50,000 crewmembers in 50 days
