January 15 is the last day to apply for voter registration to be eligible to vote in the February 9 election, which includes school district board votes, a primary for Tulsa County Treasurer and a city election in Owasso, Tulsa County Election Board Secretary Gwen Freeman said.

There are school board races February 9 for Tulsa Public Schools (District 2), Collinsville Public Schools (Office 1),  and Owasso Public Schools (Office 1).

Jenks Public Schools is having a bond issue vote and the City of Owasso will have an election for the Ward 2 seat on the Owasso City Council.

Due to the retirement of Tulsa County Treasurer Dennis Semler, there will be a special election February 9 to replace him.
