(Tulsa, OK) –Oklahoma GOP Congressional Dist. 1 is hosting a Candidate Forum for the U.S. House seat, which has been held by Rep. Kevin Hern. Hern is running for Mark Wayne Mullin’s former Senate seat, which was vacated after Mullin was appointed to Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security.

There are eleven Republican candidates and one Democrat who have filed for the House seat. For this forum, voters will get a chance to hear from the Republican candidates as they share their views.

The event will be held on May 11, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Northeastern State University, Broken Arrow Campus Administrative Building Auditorium, 3100 E New Orleans St, Broken Arrow
