Oklahoma Baptist University recently ranked second on a list of top colleges and universities in the state of Oklahoma. OBU also ranked 23rd on a list of Best Christian Colleges and Universities in the nation. College Consensus compiled the rankings.
The University of Tulsa ranked first in the Oklahoma rankings, while both the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University ranked below OBU.
College Consensus takes into consideration overall price, the amount of federal aid awarded, the number of students enrolled and the number of students who graduate in four years.
“Oklahoma Baptist University recognizes several student-run clubs and organizations which cater to a wide range of personal and academic interests,” according to the College Consensus website. “These and other campus events and activities offer students ample opportunity to interact with one another outside of the classroom setting and allow students to develop valuable leadership skills.”
