The national average price of diesel has declined 14.8 cents in the last week and stands at $5.27 per gallon. According to GasBuddy price reports, the cheapest station in Tulsa was priced at $3.05/gallon Sunday while the most expensive was $3.85/gallon, a difference of 80 cents per gallon. The lowest price in the state Sunday was $2.99/gallon while the highest was $5.19/gallon, a difference of $2.20/gallon.
