Mayor G.T. Bynum on March 17 issued an executive order to close all bars in Tulsa at midnight.  Bynum also ordered commercial establishments, hotels/motels, restaurants, food courts and large entertainment venues to close. The executive order applies to places like taverns, breweries, hookah bars, fitness centers, spas, amusement parks, etc. 

The order does not apply to public businesses that offer food and beverage not for on-site consumption, including grocery stores, markets, convenience stores, pharmacies, drug stores and food pantries.

It also does not apply to health care facilities, child care facilities, residential care facilities, congregate care facilities, and juvenile justice facilities; crisis shelters, soup kitchens, restaurants; and food courts inside the secured zones of airports are not affected by this executive order.
