President Joe Biden and his minions in the U.S. Department of Education are determined to strip Oklahoma and other states from their constitutional rights and obligations.

Ironically, the Biden Administration ignores court rulings against immigration practice but Biben’s Education Department wants threaten Oklahoma’s state government using phony investigations as a basis for upcoming lawsuits.

The Oklahoma Legislature passed a law forbidding public schools from enacting mask mandates in an effort to battle the Chinese coronavirus. Gov. Kevin Stit signed that bill into law.

But now the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is “exploring” whether statewide prohibitions on mask mandates at public schools “discriminates” against students with disabilities.

Biden and his bureaucrats are not so much concerned about these “rights” as they for their drive to force every American, young and old, to wear a mask all day, indoors and outdoors.

Their problem is the 10th Amendment which gives power to the states and limits the power of the federal government. Their vacuous argument is that school districts – not the state government – should have control of the students. This suggestion comes from bureaucrats want to nationalize all aspects of life.

Let’s hope whatever judge gets this court is more devoted the Constitution than the Democrat playbook.
