Time Magazine has named Elon Musk as “The Person of the Year”. He is described as the richest person in the history of the world (excluding sovereigns).

With a net worth of more than $300 billion, his impact was with Tesla in 2021, the year that electric vehicles finally came into the mainstream. Tesla became a trillion-dollar company.

He shared his planned move from California to either Tulsa or Texas, giving the date when he would announced the decision. Tulsa waited with bated breath.

My concern at the time was that our news was drowning in the Reparations movement, dating back 100 years and digging holes in private property looking for non-existent mass graves.

Musk didn’t want the choice property that they would be buying to be desecrated with indiscriminate digging plus the thwarted plans in hiring top-notch workers.

Thus he chose Texas, “creating the City of Starbase, Texas.” With our 47th rating among 50 states, we ae close to needed a change in our motto to “Thank God for Mississippi.”

My favorite son for the 2024 election still is Gov. Kevin Stitt who promised to bring us to the top 10%. Miracles do exist.
