The justices of the United States Supreme Court took an oath to support the Constitution of our country. Have they read that Constitution lately? What part of it states whether they should hear a case or not hear a case involving a state or another state (or states)?

“The judicial power shall extend to all cases in law and equity arriving under this Constitution, the laws of the United States … to controversies between two or more states … between citizens and citizens of different states…”

The Constitution uses the word “may” when a choice is to be made and “shall” when there is no choice. Without that meaning of “shall”, there would be no binding  laws. The word “all” means without exception.  A state automatically has “standing”, as do certain citizens. Using standing as a criteria for not hearing a request for judgment violates the Constitution with the judges swore to uphold

Perhaps the members of the Supreme Court should remember that there is a punishment for violating the oath of office. Where are the members of Congress regarding this matter? Where are those lawyers who are supposedly knowledgeable in the content of the Constitution? Why is truth thrust aside and injustice allowed to exist? Is the sword of justice so dull that it cannot penetrate the cloak of injustice that persists?
