Recently, Pope Francis made a visit to Iraq and traveled to the ancient city of Ur, which is traditionally held to be the birthplace of the Prophet Abraham. The pope’s visit was meant to convey images of religious unity and tolerance between Christians, Jews, and Muslims.
On March 6, Pope Francis had a private meeting with the Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, a revered Shiite cleric. The two met in the southern city of Najaf, and quietly had a conversation as to what religious leaders can do to stop violence done in the name of religion (according to www.nytimes.com).
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is building an Abrahamic Family House on the Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. This shrine honoring Abraham, is actually three different structures; an Islamic Mosque, a Jewish Synagogue, and a Christian Church, Catholic I presume, since Pope Francis visited the site in February 2019.
All three religions recognize Abraham, but Jews and Christians believe God’s covenant with Abraham was passed on to Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Joshua, King David, etc..
Muslims, however, believe the covenant was passed on to Ishmael, Abraham’s son from Hagar, an Egyptian handmaiden to Abraham’s wife Sarah. Ishmael is recognized by Muslims as the “father” of the Arab peoples, and that Muhammad was the descendant of Ishmael.
But the thing you and I need to pay attention to is this: Pope Francis has been calling for religious unity for some time; i.e., a One World Religion which, according to the Holy Bible, in the last days will be led by the False Prophet.
Another thing to observe is this: The World Economic Forum (WEF) is meeting in Singapore in May 2021. The purpose of the WEF is to one day establish control over the global economy; i.e., a One World Economy utilizing a one-world digital currency (replacing the U.S. dollar), which of course would be handled through The World Bank. This too is all part of biblical prophecy for the last days.
Wake up America, and pay attention. Jesus said, “When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near” (Luke 21:28 NIV).
